Divisional Manager/AGM - New Product Development Sourcing - Tractors Manufacturer

 Client: Tractors Manufacturer

Job Location: Bangalore/Hosur

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, Completely understanding of the manufacturing process for parts.

- Should have NPD material sourcing with respect to time, cost and quality.

- Work closely with R&D, procurement and SQA team and identity possible suppliers for each of the components.

- Experience in Sourcing, costing and negotiations with Suppliers.

- Should be effective and excellent negotiation skills with strong leadership.

- Ability to handle the task of material Costing and Cost Negotiations.

- Evaluating the capacity of existing supplier facilities to meet the NPD project requirement.

- Developing the new vendor completely understanding with SCM methodology.

- Strengthening the existing vendors to procure capital equipment production for setting operation with supplier for project like machines, Process equipment, tools etc.

- Identifying and evaluating and approving vendors technically and commercially .

- Cost management, negotiate on costs and delivery schedules.
