Divisional HSE Manager - Auto

- HSE (Health Safety and Environment)

- Responsible to ensure EHS compliance in all plants.

- Ensure HSE Mandatory rule deployment in all Plant.

- Alert management for critical situation and accident case

- Support to plant to implement according to standard and group requirement

- Safety standards deployment in all APAC plant.

- TM and FA compliance in each plant.

- Group reporting

- Ergonomic mapping and plan reduction of red and black stations.

- Third part machine validation before handover to plant.

- Validate all HSE deliveries in program phase before handover to plant.

- HSE Division Sr. resource who can plan and execute HSE activities / initiatives across APAC Division. Should be able to drive HSE mindset, pragmatic. Able to work with various personalities across Division + BG.

- Strong on coaching teams, drive, energy, articulation, problem solving, project and presentation skills. Should be able to connect people on shop floor to look at practicality.
