Divisional Head - Procurement - HVAC/Electrical & Electronics (9-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead & Manage team of procurement buyers
- Drive end to end procurement business
- Identification of Suppliers in alignment with global/regional commodity strategy and supplier strategy.
- Deliver desired business results for the spend managed (YOY Productivity targets for Nego, QVE, COS)
- Commercial settlements with suppliers for RM indexations agreements & other negotiations
- Support all supplier Quality improvement actions
- Drive sustainability initiatives related actions, Zero Carbon initiative, Supplier Vigilance audits, Drive Master supply agreements, DPO etc.
- Support digitization initiatives internally in SE & with suppliers
- Trouble shoot & support Supply chain for critical suppliers on supplies
- Alternate sourcing of single source parts
- Work closely with category team (RCMs) to develop short- & long-term procurement strategies
- Ensure data & system compliance. Drive supplier improvement projects.
- Drive Supplier consolidation projects.
- Ensure compliance & drive continuous improvement to procurement processes.
Required Purchasing competencies : FC (Mehanical) & Electrical & Electronics
