Job Title / Designation : Divisional HR Head - Global Metallurgy Business - Mumbai The Group (About the Group) / The Organization (About the Client) : Our Client is a diversified business with interest in Metallurgy, Engineering, Oil &amp; Gas, Geology, Environment and Software. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : a) Part of the Senior Management team and provide Strategic inputs and thought leadership to the divisional companies in Human Capital space. b) Work closely with businesses as HR Business Partner and workout HR strategy in line with business aspirations. c) Be the Change Agent and must be strong in driving transformation journeys in the company to create a tangible impact on business and employee experiences. d) Understanding of Global cross-culture practices and nurture a strong culture of performance and belongingness among the Teams. e) Expert in all the HR domain - Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System, Talent Assessments, Success planning, Rewards, OD. f) Ability to understand the business at macro level as well provide seamless executive capability at ground level. g) Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in working in a Matrix and ambiguous environment h) Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. i) Should have Working Knowledge of IR and give guidance and support to the companies in consultant with GROUP IR head. j) Should come from Manufacturing background k) Stable Career and progressive growth. The Person (Candidate Details): i) 15- 20 years of which last 5 years in a Corporate HR leadership role ii) Graduate (Engineering preferred) with MBA in HR from a premier institute.
