Divisional Director - Architecture/Delivery - Java - Defense Vertical (15-22 yrs)
One of our key client is looking for Divisional Director for their Defense vertical. The candidates should have :
Qualification : B.Tech., M. Tech./ MBA
Should have worked in one of the verticals like Engineering, Defense, Oil, Gas, Utilities verticals, Manufacturing, Industrial Electronics
Should have 15+ years of experience
Team Size managed : 20+
A strong technical candidate will have definite advantage.
The brief JD is given below:
- End to end delivery management for cutting edge Defense products on Java
- Drive all phases of SDLC i.e. architecture, design, design reviews, coding efforts of the team using Agile technology.
- Ensure optimized development processes are adhered to during development.
- Strong task manager with regular in-depth reviews.
- Define tools and methodologies to identify and leverage key strengths and opportunities for focused improvements.
- Strong technical leader with understanding of cutting edge technology, design patters etc.
- Constant focus on prioritization, efforts, schedules, quality to meet the goals in timely manner.
- Worked on Java with latest Architecture
- Product Engineering / Product development experience
- Candidates who have worked on mission critical systems / real time applications / manufacturing / industrial electronics domain would be ideal
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
