Divisional Agronomist - Farming

- Research and develop new techniques for farming so that new and useful crops can be grown. Also plans certain ways through which the crops can be grown even when they cannot be grown due to different seasons

- Designing & developing the Branding & promotional activities. Identify new opportunities to promote and liquidate Unique Grade fert,SND products, SSP & Organic.

- Laision with State Level / District Level - Regional agriculture universities., District agriculture department Krishi Vignan Kendras, District research institutes / agriculture officer

- Vendor Management - Identifying & appointment of vendors for Branding & Promotional activities.

- Monitor the Sr.Agronomists & Junior Agronomist on the compliance with Government regulations for the products launched in their respective territory. Monitoring & guiding on the Branding & Promotional activites

- Coordinating Divisional Nutirition Head & Zonal Manager for designing & Implementing the Branding & promotional acticites at respective Zones
