II Pre-requisite for the Role: 

1. Plan, implement and monitor the Diversity program across organization.

III Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. To promote equality and reduce discrimination within workplaces and the wider community.

2. To promote good relations and practices towards different groups at workplace.

3. Responsible for running training sessions and initiatives across organization and for extended teams to create and foster an open and inclusive environment.

4. Supporting and guiding the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias.

5. Identifying external trends and recognizing best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce.

6. Responsible for maintaining records and information systems. Reviewing the organization's workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive.

7. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's diversity policies and practices.

8. To serve as HR ombudsperson for diversity issues.
