Job Description : The Diversity Manager will develop and implement the organization's diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace.

Duties/Responsibilities :

As a Diversity Champion :

- Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organization's diversity goals.

- Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company's diversity goals.

- Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company's population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.

- Develops and works with the Org Learning team to build training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.

- Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, and best practices.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

As a Lead for Employee Volunteering :

- Custodian of the Employee Volunteering Policy

- Develops a calendar for Employee Volunteering initiatives across the organization

- Liase with NGO/third party to drive volunteering activities

- Measure and present the analytics around volunteering initiatives to drive overall effectiveness

Required Skills/Abilities :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills.

- Thorough understanding of equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.

- Ability to influence and work with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least two to three years specializing in diversity programs.


- Experience of working on employee volunteering / CSR initiatives
