- Drive, Design & Delivers Marketing Strategic initiatives & and annual operating plan on Innovations alignment in collaboration with the concerned Business on product positioning, market penetration and pricing across India. Will manage product portfolio, market research and marketing services

- Knowledge Management & proactive Business enabling interventions

- Lead the innovation / New business initiative plan

- Drive conformance to all Global/ Regional guidelines on Branding and communication

- Handling CSR initiatives for the company

- Develops and delivers strategic Proactive Market place activations for sustainability.

- Manages and measures work with appropriate systems to determine the impact of pricing decisions on product and opco GPs

- Builds organizational capability by enhancing product portfolios and their profitability, enhancing sales capability through training, driving new business initiatives like adequate sales promotional materials like guides, brochures & other technology and online offline collaterals

- Leads the Communications up and down internally and externally to customers through various campaigns and promotions.

- Gathers and uses market intelligence to develop our unique Value propositions

- Manages corporate and product branding, public relations

Qualification :

- Preferably a Science / Engineering (Any stream), with a Management degree.

Experience & Skills :

- The ideal candidate with 15 - 18 years of experience of successful strategic planning and strong analytical orientation and understanding of research in a B2B environment

- Proven marketing leadership & direction in MNC organizations with strong product management exposure of at least 2 - 4 yrs.

- Ability to operate in complex situations with high level of management and leadership skills to facilitate visionary strategic Marketing plans and translate strategic direction into innovative programs, services and team performance.

- Proven track record of leveraging segmentation, targeting value propositions to deliver competitive advantage with Strong project management skills

- Excellent skills & ability to build integrated teams

- Advanced decision making abilities & experience in commercial negotiations.
