- Rural Extraction, sales through rural channels, (RD,Hubs,Rural Vans,Canopy)
- Proactively identified innovation and fresh tools to ensure greater distribution width and depth.
- To ensure higher Visibilty at retail.
- Analysis of Channel partners performance on various parameters.
- Apponting and Termination of Channel partners.
