Distribution Manager - Pharma (6-10 yrs)
Urgent vacancy for the position of Distribution Manager with a MNC Pharma Company
Location - Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing and timely/accurate settlement of claims.
- Ensure collections as per due dates.
- Total C&F Administration
- Smooth functioning of CFA's
- Timely submission of MIS reports.
- Effective Customer Services and Issuing of scheme circulars.
- 100% Cold chain compliance as per defined norms
- Ensure implementation of SOP's across region and ensuring proper training from time to time .
- Ensure destruction compliance as per SOP.
- Conduct L1 Audit, Compliance and Reporting.
- Monitoring of CAPA closure (Financial / Quality )
- CFA Expense verification, monitoring and controls.
- Validations of lease documents CFA Agreements, Secondary Transporters / Courier Agencies and stockiest Agreements.
- Evaluate the Training needs of CFA Personnel, Conduct Training as per schedule.
