Distribution Head - Vizag & Kakinada

- Review meeting with Team every day for planning the dispatches Rail & Road

- Review meeting with Shift Team for ensuring proper execution of documentation for Rail & Road

- Coordination & follow up with Bagging department for ensuring required product availability for dispatches

- Reporting & Updating dispatches state wise & review of further plans

- Follow up with Field Mktg Team every day for ensuring dispatch of Right product & right place

- Products dispatch monitoring & follow up every day with concerned Team member

- Regular Meetings like Risk Mgmt., TQM activities, Pre ORC & ORC & also other plant related time to time

- Coordinating & follow up with Rly officials daily for want of rakes allotment as per dispatch plan

- Daily Follow up & coordination with concerned for Port operations like Rail & Road dispatches of Imported products

- Professionals from Cement, Steel, Sugar & Fertilizer industry with experience in distribution management preferred.

- Professionals with an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain, Full Time preferred.

- Professionals with good team handling and stake holder management skills.
