Distribution Centre Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics (10-20 yrs)
- To review incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To monitor warehouse employees and associated activities.
- To ensure that products delivered are stored in an organized manner, so that its quality is maintained and accessibility is achieved.
- To respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- To maintain inventory of good stock, expired/nearby expiry as well as damaged stock of all the customers with daily cycle count and joint physical stock and sharing the same with respective customers.
- Maintaining records of vendor payments and follow up with finance for the payments of vendors.
- To implement worker safety and health regulations.
- To address logistical problems and furnish solutions to these issues.
Reporting Structure :
Reports to : Cluster Manager
Reportees : Warehouse employees
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 5 plus experience in handling warehouse activities.
- Skilled in maintaining distribution operations by initiating, coordinating & enforcing procedures & policies.
- Understanding of safety standards, inventory control and managing manpower efficiently.
Desirable: Graduate / Post Graduate
