Investor Relations

- Disruptors Capital is a SEBI Category 1 fund. We aim to identify seed stage investment opportunities by focusing on high LTV technology companies at the cutting edge of cross-sector innovation, led by high quality founding teams.

- We are looking to hire highly motivated, enthusiastic folks who are excited about the global startup ecosystem. The role is that of an Investor Relations who will work closely with the top management.

Here is a rundown on the day to day responsibilities :

1. The point of contact for the investor community/ LPs

2. Lead the Investor Relations vertical and be the company's spokesperson to the internal and external stakeholders

3. Closely work with the CIO to qualify prospective investors for the fund

4. Onboarding investors and catering to their investment queries, ensuring resolution of any queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

5. Support in investor documentation and coordination related to deal completion.

6. Be the core team member for all investment MIS, communities, investor groups etc.

The Successful Applicant will have the following :

- Experience of Investor Relations for an early stage VC fund/ angel syndicate

- Experience with managing onboarding, LP updates

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with great networking skills
