We have co-invested with the likes of Accel, Sequoia, BCapital, Inventus US so far in the following spaces - enterprise SaaS, consumer SaaS and Ed-tech. We invest in businesses in India, the US and South-East Asia. We have an affinity for businesses that build in India, but serve a global audience.
Team Requisites
We are looking to hire highly motivated, enthusiastic professionals with an entrepreneurial frame of mind, who are excited about the global startup ecosystem. The role is that of an Investor Relations Associate who will work closely with the partners to support the end-to-end investor relations operations for the firm.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Curating a list of potential LPs, HNIs, investors and family offices.
- Onboarding investors and catering to their investment queries, ensuring resolution of any queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Track membership renewals, subscription management.
- Own and ensure support to LPs for any share transfers, secondary share sales etc.
- Build strong relationships with the Indian VC ecosystem, maintaining cordial and healthy relationships with LPs, Investors, institutions, HNIs etc.
- Support in investor documentation and coordination related to deal completion.
- Handle any other ad-hoc work as per the requirement
Candidates with the following skills will be preferred
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with ability to have impactful conversations with CXOs, HNIs, senior management from diverse backgrounds
- Astute understanding of the business development process from lead initiation till closure
- Experience of managing investor relations for an early-stage VC fund/ angel syndicate
- Self-starters and highly motivated individuals
