Roles and Responsibilities
- Close dispute resolution cases for civil and commercial procedure accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in oversee hearings to evaluate contentions of parties regarding disputed contract provisions
- Advise and counsel parties to solve problems
- Make creative and appropriate suggestions for dispute resolutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA or B.Sc and LLB with 0-4 years experience in Dispute Resolution
- LLB from a National Law University (NLU) and a rank holder
- Has strong interpersonal skills, is attentive and demonstrates empathy for others by listening carefully and responding with considered questions and comments.
- Demonstrates clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, focusing on the key points in a structured manner
- Excellent research skills
- Build productive and strong relationships both internally and externally
- Must be able to receive and follow instructions given by management, develop solutions to unique problems
- Work well alone or as a member of a team
- Someone who speaks Kannada will be preferred
