About the role: Disprz is looking for a seasoned, strategic, hands-on and entrepreneurial Product Leader to join its fast-growing Product organization. - The Product organization is responsible for conceiving and building the next generation of Disprz's skilling platform and multi-modal learning experiences for hundreds of enterprise customers and millions of learners across the globe. - As the VP of Products and part of the core leadership group, you will manage a team of Directors of Products, Product Managers, UI / UX designers and data scientists, each of whom owns a product line managing independent product tribes (Disprz has 3 product lines in different stages of maturity and scale). - You will work closely with the founders and the rest of the executive management team and will be responsible for inspiring and crafting a well-founded product vision across all product lines, driving an end-to-end customer-centric product strategy and roadmap, and launching delightful experiences for millions of users for our learning and skilling suite of products and platforms across Disprz's key markets and customer segments. - Your mandate will also include working closely and in partnership with peers and leaders across engineering, QA, marketing, sales, customer success, customer support and finance functions as well as with the broader partner ecosystem and interface with Disprz's strategic customers. - You will be responsible for prioritizing ruthlessly and making objective product decisions based on changing business strategy, customer needs, market feedback and the macro-environment; and for inspiring the product and cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious business goals and best-in-class customer experiences. Top Four Core responsibilities are : - Product Vision and Strategy - Product Roadmap and Execution - Stakeholder Management, Collaboration & Advocacy - Inspiring Leadership and Culture The Ideal Candidate : - MBA (Tier 1 institute) or a M.S. + a bachelor's degree preferably in either of engineering, design, analytics - 12 to15 years of experience in Product Management, with: - 2+ years managing a team of product managers in a Director of Products / AVP / VP of Products role - 3+ years owning and building an end-to-end platform - 3+ years in SaaS (enterprise SaaS will be a plus) - Relevant experience of building mobile and web products at scale for Indian and global markets - Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and scaling teams and product functions - Experience of working with agile development teams and in putting strong and robust product development processes in place
