Disprz is seeking an experienced executive for demand generation who will lead the function, across all our Asia geographies India, South East Asia, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the development and execution of outbound lead generation processes to drive demo requests, and optimize funnel conversion rates.

The process will include:

- Lead sourcing and management

- Account based selling

- Email campaign management

- Outbound cold calling

- Other sales channel engagement with prospect (eg: LinkedIn)

- Lead qualification before handover to sales

- Recruitment, enablement and training of the staff

- Expertise in digital tools - CRM, Campaign management software, sales navigator, etc

Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

- Ability and interest in leading and developing teams

- Team player, hustler and hungry for learning / growth

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- MBA from tier 1/2 business school

- Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs

- Experience in B2B SaaS - demand generation / inside sales function
