About the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:

You will be managing the entire recruitment strategies with the guidance of the HR Head and take responsibility for closure of open positions that come within the organization from time to time. You will also be responsible for smooth onboarding of successful candidates, delivery of induction programs and coordination of probationary discussions with managers and the HR Leader.

The ideal candidate would possess solid experience in international recruiting, cost-effective bulk hiring, campus placements etc having worked for a fast paced IT / ITES / SaaS organisation.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

- Prepare, update and maintain job descriptions of all open positions and currently working positions in the organisation

- Devise recruitment plans, discuss strategies along with HR Leader and agree on closure within timelines

- Devise and implement cost-effective digital selection processes within the capacities

- Source, Screen and Shortlist profiles and escalate suitability to HR Leader and respective functional manager for technical and behavioural assessments

- To keep abreast of the entire process chain in interviewing and act as a spearhead in following up for feedback, understanding mismatches, reasons for rejection to optimise the selection strategies

- Create healthy pipelines for open positions and maintain backups for any last minute backoffs from the offered candidates

- Deeply understand recruitment channels, job portals, head hunting websites and effectively use them to close the open positions

- To drive internal referrals and manage bonuses payment as per the set processes

- To lead the offer negotiations of all selected candidates with consultation of the HR Leader

- Create and maintain database of applications, profiles for all anticipated positions in the future as to ensure a proactive approach to the hiring process in the organisation

- Will be the custodian of the Disprz Onboarding decks, playbooks, formats, templates etc.

- Bring suggestions for improvements in usage of digital technologies to help better the overall hiring process

- Also to assist the HR Leader in employee engagement activities on need basis

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science with a Master's degree in Human Resources or a MBA from a highly reputed institute

- Online certifications in recruitment related topics would be a plus

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in international recruitment, campus placements, bulk hiring

- Prior experience of leadership hiring would be advantageous

Abilities and Traits:

- Understanding of job descriptions, job specifications as a concept

- Ability to channelise the recruitment process

- Identify candidates pulse and suggest for actions accordingly

- Ability to analyse data and information and derive key insights

- Go-getter, with a never-say-die attitude

- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input

Location: Preferably in Chennai. Candidates from Mumbai / Delhi would also be considered.
