Responsibilities (not exhaustive) :&nbsp; &nbsp;Communications : - Create company decks for sales teams, taking into account nuances of each geography and vertical - Create mailers, posters and infographics for consumption across multiple channels including marketing events and social media. - Work with founders to create investor decks for capital raising - Compose email drafts for Marketing email campaigns, and follow-up with Sales team on results - Create internal employee communication creatives - Product collateral development and customer marketing - Work with the product teams and founders to create sharp product decks that communicate the customer value proposition - Work with product teams to develop product promotion and explainer videos - Create product release notes and other collateral to drive upselling with existing customers - Branding - Maintain the Disprz brand book - Work with the digital presence counterparts to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Education:&nbsp; - M.B.A. with specialisation in Marketing or a Masters Degree in marketing / communication /advertising or a related field Experience :&nbsp; - Proven work experience of 3-5 years in marketing communications, with at least 1-2 years in b2b marketing communications Capabilities and Mindsets :&nbsp; - Outstanding creative abilities and ability to use creative design software beyond just PowerPoint - Great visual design sense - Impeccable communication skills, both written and oral - Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions - Be committed to quality and be structured in approach - Ability to work in a fully virtual environment - Agile mindset - Learning mindset Location: Anywhere in India, although being based in Mumbai would give you an added advantage.
