Disprz - Learning Specialist/Skills Data Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Review the list of skills on the Disprz Skill Architect and ensure that there are no duplications
- Create Disprz definitions of skills (by synthesizing existing data on the tool)
- Research and author proficiencies, knowledge and abilities for each and every skill
- Work closely with the data science team to ensure that the tool has the right language for content tagging
- Keep the data on the tool relevant and up to date
Education :
- Master's degree in Human Resources from a tier-I b-school / highly reputed institute
- An L & D certification will be a plus
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the corporate L & D space serving clients
- Minimum 3-7 years of overall career experience with greater understanding competency framework, L&D strategies etc.
- 1-2 years of experience as part of large L&D teams at the front end serving LaaS offerings would be a plus
