Responsibilities (not exhaustive) : - Communicating with stakeholders to understand and document the business objectives - Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques - Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle - Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides - Evaluating the content quality and performance of the content partner before and after onboarding - Ensures adherence to quality standards, timelines and commitment to the project - Manages the logistical & administrative handling of deployment of all projects - Making recommendations on improving performance - Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations - Manage a team of analysts The Ideal Candidate : Education & Certification : - BS in Research or Graduate / Post-Graduate in any specialisation - A Project Management, Scrum Master or Market Research certification - Reading and writing proficiency in English and Arabic (Must have) Experience: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably working in SaaS or Edtech - Expertise in using research tools, microsoft projects Excel, PPT etc. - Managing and coordinating with clients/trainers/vendors and internal teams to deliver excellence Abilities & Traits : - Planning and Organizing - Forecasts and plans ahead for contingencies - Eye for detail and zero tolerance for substandard quality - Analytical thinking and problem solving ability - Strong digital literacy and technology skills - Streamline processes to ensure seamless delivery of projects - Excellent Interpersonal and Business Communication Skills - Written and Spoken (english and arabic) - Entrepreneurial Mindset - Develops and maintains connection with people in different functions and levels Location : Mumbai
