Disprz - Alliances & Partnerships Role (8-13 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Partner identification : Define selection criteria for partner persona and on-board partners based on company's goals & target segments
- Define partnership structure and revenue models based on partner strength and responsibilities
- Partner Enablement: Codify on-boarding program for partners to enable them in marketing, presales, sales pitches, solutioning, etc
- GTM: Strategize joint GTM with the partner for product positioning, value propositions, ways of working, co-hosting events etc.
- Partner Incentive program to motivate and help Partners to excel by creating win-win scenarios
Education :
- MBA from tier 1/2 business school. Technical undergraduate background would be a plus
Experience :
- Preferred 8+ years of experience in a similar role preferably working in the B2B SaaS / Product company
- Prior experience in Partner Development, Sales, Channel Sales etc. is a must-have
- Industry experience / exposure to one or more of the following: BFSI, Technology & Retail
