- We are seeking a high-energy self-starter with experience leading large-scale projects across multiple functions, regions, and geographies for an incredible opportunity as a key member of the Finance Transformation Project Management Office! - As a Finance Transformation Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to help revolutionize the global operating model of The Walt Disney Company by engaging with leaders at all levels to envision and deliver against the strategic priorities of the International Enterprise Financial Services organization. - This position is accountable for helping identify the critical initiatives for FY21, aligning enterprise strategy, and partnering with project leaders to deliver results by serving as the - go-to harmonization lead and key facilitator of program execution. Responsibilities: - Program Management : Plan, align, and oversee project plans across multiple geographies by coordinating with key stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive sponsors and front-line leaders, to effectively manage program outcomes - Project Support : Scope, align, and help project managers lead their work through strategic consultation and hand-on delivery assistance as needed; prepare, harmonize, and maintain executive-level presentations, including quarterly executive status reports - Systems & Tools : Design, implement, and maintain program management software (Monday.com) across multiple teams and users, including system builds, security oversight, and end-user training - Data & Reporting : Collect, organize, and track all program-related data to support both ad-hoc and quarterly status reporting - Program Accounting : Participate in and oversee annual budgeting process, including cost management and quarterly forecasts Basic Qualifications : - 5-7 Years of large-scale program management - Excellent verbal and written skills (English) - Collaborative and team-oriented - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Experience using project management systems (Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, and/or Monday.com) - Ability to work across multiple time zones, including non-standard hours of operation - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Preferred qualifications : - Bachelor of Arts and/or Master's Degree in Management, Accounting, or other comparable field of study - Global/international experience working with leaders across multiple geographies - Experience designing and implementing project management platforms - Experience working and/or leading projects within Finance and/or Controllership - Globally mobile, open to internal moves & relocation in alignment with career growth
