- Deliver acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives with a focus on major search engines, display networks and video platforms - Running the day to day activation, optimisation and reporting for campaigns on Video platforms and other various channels - Report on monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights - Identify market opportunities that will strengthen Hotstar's foothold as the top entertainment destination in each of the markets - Build and nurture search &social media platform-specific communities and audiences - Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level - Work closely with the local content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments - Proficiency with running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring - 2-4 years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail - Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories - Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
