- Help drive acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives with a focus on major search engines, display networks and video platforms -Setting up new acquisition marketing programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale the number of subscribers on the platform - End-to-end ownership of strategic and operational initiatives for paid marketing campaigns including budgeting, tracking, creative production, landing page optimisation etc. - Report on monthly performance, targets and trend data, sharing key insights with the senior leadership team - Identify market opportunities that will strengthen Hotstar's foothold as the top entertainment destination in each of the markets - Develop a model of iterative testing and optimisation of all campaigns to drive efficiency in paid spends - Ideate and execute strategies for keyword optimisation, campaign restructuring, improved retargeting of the users with the ultimate goal of acquisition and activation on the platform - Work closely with other Growth teams to build insights and actionable ideas at a user level - Work closely with the local content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments - Proficiency with running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring - 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail - Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories - Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
