You should have a sharp eye and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with influence and develop scalable solutions and a steady commitment to help the right talent find success in our company. You will breathe consumer/candidate branding and create a strong brand promise! YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Leading and building employment branding efforts at Disney+ Hotstar. - Build and execute TA marketing approach, leveraging our internal audience as well as third party social and digital programs, events and assets, positioning Disney+ Hotstar as employer of choice in all key markets we operate in. - Build and engage passive pools for our key skill areas. - Position employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top source of hires. - Design and execute our campus internship, hiring and engagement program. - Be accountable for our relations with key campuses. - Collaborate with Business, Marketing and communication & Talent Acquisition leaders on employee branding, campaigns, programs and events. - Report out progress against success measures/ ROI of TA marketing efforts suggesting insights and drive strategic or continuous improvement actions. KEY KRAs : - Improvement in passive pipeline # + conversions (-at least 10% hires should come from marketing efforts). - Improvement in referral advocacy and conversions. - Improvement in YoY Glassdoor ratings. - Improvement in YoY LinkedIn followership and engagement. - Improvement in careers visits/ engagement/ CTA metrics. - Outcomes and ROI of our TA marketing campaigns. WHAT TO BRING : - 6-8 years in branding/marketing, with employment branding experience in a consumer facing brand is preferred. - A strong understanding of employer branding, experience in multifaceted brand development and brand management. - Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders - track record of success working on a team to drive project completion. - Quantitative background with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Proven ability to develop and execute candidate/customer experience improvements. - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
