ABOUT THE TEAM: We are looking for a Growth marketing manager to own and accelerate our efforts around engaging and retaining subscribers on the Disney+ Hotstar platform. The objective is to increase the performance of our programs and channels including marketing, content to enable higher engagement levels for different user cohorts. This role will work to drive improvements to ensure Disney+ Hotstar is the entertainment destination for all types of users. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and optimizing customer journeys by applying growth principles to drive performance. The key objective of the role is to own and execute an engagement program that will be a big driver for the higher retention of different user cohorts. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Setting up new engagement programs, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement levels of different user cohorts - Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user - Partnering with Product and content teams to create a highly personalized experience around discovering and enjoying the wide array of entertainment available on the platform - Deeply understanding user behaviour and driving insights to various teams to influence roadmaps and key focus areas - Define On the platform and Off platform strategies across different channels and user cohorts that help in higher consumption of content across various genres - Define and own key metrics that can be a measure of engagement levels across different time duration of the users - Developing an engagement calendar that is relevant at a user level to help overall retention - Establishing best practices and improving overall comms across different consumer touchpoints
