As a Movie Marketing Manager for South, you'll be overseeing the promotion of South Indian language Movies and developing and managing the marketing campaigns for the same. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Leading and building best-in-class content marketing campaigns for Telugu language Movie releases on Disney+ Hotstar - Direct to Digital and Post-theatrical titles, to build high ITW (intent to watch) and ITS (intent to subscribe). - Work cross-functionally with Social, PR, Digital, Creative Communication and Platform teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas. - Collaborate with Production houses and Talent to build and execute campaigns that build massive buzz and makes our titles and platform stand apart in a crowded market. - Lead the campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver campaign goals. - Measure the performance of movie marketing campaigns and make timely adjustments to improve the marketing outcomes and making the relevant recommendations to improve our promotion strategy. WHAT TO BRING : - Experience between 7-9 years in content/brand marketing in media/ OTT/ fast-paced consumer focused business and growing a social audience. - Experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns for the South Indian audience, preferably with a background in entertainment (Subscription/TV and/or film) or worked at a top innovative brand, advertising or media agency with an emphasis on Content Marketing or Social Media. - Passion towards Tamil/Telugu content and digital entertainment. - Can speak and understand Hindi/English + at least knowing one South regional language is extremely preferable (Tamil/Telugu). - Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it. - Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in media consumption, marketing opportunities. - Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas irrespective of the medium.
