Disney + Hotstar - Consumer Insights Role (9-15 yrs)

- Be the voice of the consumer and help build a solid understanding of the OTT consumers, brand and content preferences, and consumption patterns - through segmentation studies, periodic deep dives weekly trackers as necessary.

- Partner the Brand and Content Marketing to develop sharp marketing plans through Concept development, Content Positioning studies, and Copy testing.

- Be the lead on evaluating and recommending strategic actions to positively impact brand equity, content quality, and consumer advocacy tracking via owning periodic tracking and analysis.

- Liaise with team members from Legal, Commercial, and Standards and Processes teams to ensure compliance with all Disney guidelines regarding consumer data protection and privacy norms.

- Execute qualitative and quantitative research projects to support the Brand and Strategy team, to help shape short/medium-term business objectives - translate business questions into high-quality research designs and translating output into actionable insights.
