YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - - Define and lead strategic performance projects, manage stakeholders to drive outcomes - Lead business planning for subscription business including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key performance metrics - Drive business performance insights working closely with the marketing, growth & analytics teams - Define metrics to measure the health and success of the subscription business - Create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, retention levers and core business metrics in order to drive better decisioning and results - Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators WHAT TO BRING - - 3- 5 years of post MBA experience in highly analytical environments - top management consulting firm or corporate strategy - Strong problem solving, analytical skills and detail orientation - Experience in senior stakeholder management - Strong communication skills including building compelling presentations
