- Working with the team to strategize, plan and deploy performance marketing campaigns for the business. - Engaging with third-party partners like Google, Facebook, etc. to bring in best-in-class performance solutions for our business objectives. - Engaging with multiple internal partners like Analytics, Product, Comms, Content, etc. as required for improving the efficiency, tracking, attribution, and optimization strategies deployed. - Needs to own all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps for better CPAs. Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize wastage. - Working with the team on periodic analysis and owning the internal reporting, which is based on the identified narratives and actions taken. - Explore, identify, elaborate and pursue tech/API/feed integration solutions with the team to improve performance capabilities. - Explore options with Publishers, Ad networks, Tools, etc. to better serve the campaign objective. - Needs to have a strong analytical data-driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analyzing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing.
