DishTV - Team Leader - Analytics

Key Job Responsibilities -

- To Monitor Key Performance Areas of CC Business as well as CE.

- Responsible for crucial tasks which impact business on high grounds.

- Assist 13 Sites (Call-Centre) and Marketing Team in Data Operations and Analysis with ideologies for better outcomes.

- Formulating work strategy, techniques & procedures to enhance Zone Performance.

- Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines; spearheading process transition initiatives.

- Detects RCA - Root Cause Analysis to understand the market trends, variances & customer habits.

- Business Presentations for weekly, monthly review for IT Head.

- Work on Process documentations to implement a robust business plans & strategies, which help to improve the process flow.

- Handle a Team of 3 Executive's & prepare reports for the management.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual as well as group targets.

- Regular one on one meetings with process owners like Contact Centre, Sales Force, Marketing and Revenue to improve and find out revenue leakage points.

- Vendor Evaluations on Payouts, commissions, incentives, manpower & performance monitoring.
