- Ensuring proper management of projects in terms of project scheduling, work break-down-system, resource planning, project tracking - Providing required knowledge and training required to complete the project - Ensuring timely delivery - Understanding the project requirement from the client/user dept. - Transferring the same to the active team - Finalizing the TAT - Coordinating with User Dept. as and when required to ensure better quality of the application - Keeping track of team activities to analyse the status and stage of project completion. What we are looking for - - Proven experience in planning, execution and implementation of high quality software projects. - Experience in client relationship management, project co-ordination and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model. - Proficient in iterative development methodologies like PowerBuilder 9 and above version. - PMP Certification and Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage
