- Identify the needs of Service in the zone in consultation with Sales & Marketing and draw a blue print of Service Network.
- Appoint Service Franchisee in accordance with the network.
- Run / manage & audit service network to ensure process adherence & thus quality service.
- Driving Revenue Generation - LTR / U grade/ Secondary
- Maintain trade relations & ensure customer satisfaction in the zone
- To drive a team of field service executive for effective territory coverage & to ensure all service centers maintain the basic company norms on service.
- Effectively manage the channel partners (SF / DCC / NDCC) appointment & management.
