Director - Workforce Management - JAPA Region - Financial Services (10-20 yrs)
We are hiring for a Director - Workforce Management for a leading MNC into Financial Services.
Job Location - Gurgaon.
The Director of WFM JAPA Region will lead a team of 50 people, The role will report into the VP of the Global Network Enablement Team and will be a part of the GNET Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management: Providing consistent, proactive and actionable support to Market Operations teams optimizing our workforce resources to balance between the pillars of Customer, Shareholder & Employee.
- Leading the WFM centers of excellence for Forecasting/Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Reporting and Real Time for TLS globally. Instituting Best in class WFM practices across all TLS Markets to allow us to be as efficient and effective as possible.
- Provide effective long term & short term forecasting with highly optimized capacity planning models.
- Drive automation through effective use of technology & personnel skills to ensure optimization of resources & accuracy in reporting.
