Director - Workforce Management - BPO/Call Center (8-15 yrs)
Desirable Skills :
1. Minimum 8+ years in a BPO and associated with the WFM / Data analytics team
2. Strong Presentation & Analytical Skills
3. Strong MS Excel & MS Powerpoint skills
4. Strong hands on experience with WFM tools ( IEX Mandatory)
5. Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics
6. Ability to communicate independently with internal and external stakeholders
7. Maintain a repository of performance reports and update organization compliance records
8. Maintain a repository of movements within the function and correct tagging of resources and alignment of HC for billing and utilization purpose
