To be able to forecast all lines of business independently on excel by applying different kinds of methodologies from a planning perspective
- To be able to come up with workforce requirements for all lines of business
- To validate the planning work proposed by suppliers.
- To support the internal easyJet team on any process improvement or changes and do a planning exercise or IA to showcase the impact of these changes.
- Create a planning dashboard to showcase overall picture around planning for all suppliers
- To be able to identify the impact of disruption on all lines of business and also understand the significance of each disruption
- Create a database which will influence how the planning process works
- Understand the impact of each LOBs on each other for example Chat on voice vice versa etc and identify the opportunity areas
- Look at current data availability and see what is missing which will add value to planning process
- Support with any business case verification process
- To be able to come up with a budget requirement for all lines of business through planning and forecasting process
- Great working knowledge of excel
