We are looking to hire a dynamic Director for our research-based program for Women (CXO) Leadership development in India. (Online & Residential)

- 48% women enter workforce compare to 52% male in India

- Only 21% Women are able to reach to the CXO position.

- Based on 4 years of research in corporate leadership & CXO development we have developed a framework to practically train and empower women executives in the 30-35 age group who are at the mid-career level to make them ready to become future CXO and business leader.

Candidate profile :

- Directors Business Development & program management from a similar business profile in education, corporate training, leadership development companies

- The main responsibility will be to enrol prospective women executives in the 30-35 age group who are at the mid-career level, for this program run by the university.

- We need result and target oriented candidate who can deliver result

- Innovative business acumen capability to co-ordinate with Executive and Professional Women and manage the overall program.

- Willing to assume senior role and profile in the organisation with responsibility and minimum supervision.

- Education, qualification, institution, college, is not relevant for this position

- If you are confident leading this position then your industry and experience also does not matter
