Director - Video/Cable Network Operations - IT (15-25 yrs)
- Should have Rich experience in running NOC for a video delivery cable network running triple play services [video, voice and data].
- Well versed in running 24x7 operations covering the complete ITIL life cycle and processes - event monitoring, incident management, problem and change management.
- Proven track record of KPI and SLAs implementation, adherence and improvement.
- Good technical knowledge of operations of CDN, CMTS, DOCSIS and video streaming and networking equipment; interfacing with vendors to get issues resolved.
- Experience in managing large teams - 100+ team members.
- Participated in estimating and contributing to proposals and RFPs.
- Working for international/multinational cable service provider NOC setup in Europe/US is highly desirable.
- Working for IT services company supporting international clientele.
