Director/Vice President - Data Governance/Management/Analytics - BFSI

Role and Responsibilities

As the Director - Data Governance you will responsible to

- Manages multiple data management and/or quantitative analysis teams through subordinate managers.

- Oversees data management and/or quantitative analysis activities including the preparation of data sets and the conduct of statistical, financial and econometric modeling for internal or external clients.

- Leads the data management and/or quantitative analysis activities for assigned area

- Establishes procedures for implementation of new data related technology enhancements/implementations

- Recruits direct, motivates and develops more junior managers, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

- Delivers reports and presentations to senior leaders

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for for this role you will need to have :

- Be a graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline or equivalent

- Extensive subject matter expertise in Data Management & Governance along with previous experience of building and managing teams along with proven senior stakeholder management experience essential.

- Over 15 years of total work experience
