Director - UX Design - B2B Service eCommerce Platform

Client of Randstad is a B2B service eCommerce platform.

- We are looking for visionary Head of Experience Design in an important cross-functional role, working with our target customer groups to design superior experience for a range of digital products.

- A customer centric, passionate and inspirational individual, you will engage in a very hands-on way with an array of customer personas, platforms and technologies in multi-discipline teams.

- You will have the ability to induce human centred design approach and design thinking methodology in the research and design of the best user experience and supporting business processes to enhance customer journeys and employee journeys through adopting advanced digital technologies in an effective and innovative manner.

- This position will report directly into the Chief Executive Officer and be part of the C-Suite of the organisation.
