Director - User Acquisition/Customer Acquisition/Growth Strategy - AdTech (10-15 yrs)
- Setting goals and tracking against marketing ROI, customer acquisition, and driving customer repeats;
- Strategising and executing all customer acquisition efforts;
- Implementing CRM strategies to drive CLTV;
- Generating brand awareness, growing top SKU's and building sales funnels.
- Hands-on experience of SEO, SEM (Google/Facebook), Creating/Improving Consumer Journeys and Conversions;
- A strong understanding of Web Analytics and Performance + Affiliate Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to figure out business insights and driving smart decisions through quantitative customer data and qualitative research
- Experience in leading a team would be preferable
- Should be MBA
