This position is responsible to provide vision, leadership, coordination, and development for the US Recruiting team who together are responsible for the recruitment, assessment, interviewing, and coaching.

Responsibilities

- Full-cycle recruiting - from collaborating closely with hiring managers, to sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, closing candidates, and set them up for success for on-boarding

- Developing an overall hiring strategy and process for the company.

- Designing and owning an exceptional candidate experience for every single candidate

- Providing guidance and career development to members of the talent team

- Have experience leading technical recruiting at a technology company.

- Driven by process and metrics, and can be a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the process.

- Manage external recruiting firms when necessary.

- Ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement.

- Develop and keep a renewed list of recruiting & strategic priorities.

- Meet with (or perhaps lead) the Team regularly for strategic planning and collaboration. This includes the Head of Marketing, Social Media Coordinator, Director / Head Practices and others as appropriate or needed.

- Outstanding telephone, written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrates ability to have complete multiple, complex tasks.

- Must be analytical, have strong presentation skills, and have the ability to interact with any level within an organization.

- Must want to make calls, send emails and diligently follow up with connects.

- Should have strong knowledge of all the US tax terms and employment Visas.
