Director - Urban & Health Analytics (15-25 yrs)

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Managing project implementation/consultancy engagements for Data Analytics in Urban & Health, handling practice level initiatives and overall business growth, it may further include:
- Developing new concepts / Solutions in the areas of Health Analytics both at centre and state level, Analytics related to water, sanitation Analytics, Operations Analytics, Demand forecasting etc.
- P&L Management
- People Management
- Client & Relationship Management
- Technology leadership
- Cost Management
- Development of business for areas related to analytics in Health & Urban
Expected to support following activities:
- Manage profitability across Analytics projects for Urban & Health
- Ensure adequate skills to manage deliveries
- Enable effective Project Management
- Provide presales support for related opportunities
- Architect and design analytics based solutions and new ideas
- Presents / Positions the right product and product architecture to the client (basis knowledge & assessment of product features, success stories, business requirements and prospect's readiness)
- Responds to RFIs/ RFPs / EOIs
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish excellent relationship with the customers and other partners
Stay tuned to market developments and grow statistical domain and business domain and Technical Expertise
- Tracks market and policy developments in the practice domain
- Tracks technology developments
- Tracks usage of statistical and econometric techniques in the field
- Tracks new releases of solutions in analytics domain
- Tracks success stories and project experiences within EY
- Develops an understanding of methodologies and solutions by assisting senior staff in solution development.
Development of IP's / Assets
- Support design and development of new solutions that can be treated as IP's for EY
- Manage GTM for developed IP's / Assets
Education / Qualification:
- A degree in engineering (any discipline)
- A PostGraduate in Management or Doctorate will be an added advantage
- Certification in Project Management would be an added advantage
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience
- Experience of managing and delivering large datawarehouse / Big Data / Analytics Projects
- Experience in building IoT solutions both in urban and health sectors
- Hands on Experience for 5 years in Advanced analytics using any tool like R, SAS, IBM, Microsoft, SPSS, Python etc.
- Experience in large analytics / data lake / big data projects in Power &Utilities domain
- Experience in working with health and urban ministries both at centre and state level
