Position: Director Treasury Position Location: Mumbai Position Description - This is a leadership position within India Branch Operations supporting the Global Markets business of the franchise. The incumbent is expected to support growing business in a controlled and cost effective manner and lead a team of motivated professional Position Responsibilities and Accountable - - Ensuring Operational support for following products: Fx, Money Markets, Fixed Income, OTC-fx, Loan products - Ensure regulatory compliance at local and regional level for the above products - Ensure appropriate Risk and Control measures for above products - Implement changes as per regional and global mandates for the products and ensure these are completed on timely basis - Regulatory face off to RBI and SEBI for all reg. related matters - Face off to the local and the regional businesses - Face off to the regional ops and technology from Infra and support perspective - Should be a people manager and should be able to lead the team from front - Should have excellent knowledge of the regulations for these products and should be able work across operations, finance and business to find resolutions which are franchise wide in nature. - Should work towards reduction of cost and improving the efficiency within the bank Experience/ Exposure - Should have experience in global markets products (Fx/MM/OTC) at the head of the department level. - Should have excellent knowledge of the existing local and international regulations around these products.
