Director - Treasury & Investor Relations - CA

Candidate profile :

- CA (mandatory)

- 10-20 years post qualification experience

- Good executive presence & stakeholder management (Leadership/Board/Investors)

- Excellent communication & confidence

Responsibilities :

- Treasury & Investor Relations

- Capex & Opex Management

- Capital allocation

- Big ticket project cost management experience (1000CR+)

- Investor Due Diligence

- Fund Raising - Public & Private

- Debt & equity management

- Cash Flow management

- We invite applications from senior CA professionals who carry a strong & proven specialization in Treasury & Investor Relations. The incumbent should have reported directly to the CFO or equivalent for at least 2 years.

- Ideally, we should have managed a direct reporting team of 3-4 members. Should carry work experience in a publicly listed company (of Indian origin) for at least 2 years. Prior work experience with a Big 4 firm would carry an advantage.
