A promising e-commerce company is looking at scaling up the services business, along with the existing product business lines. The services business includes multiple categories within, out of which Travel is going to be a key Vertical. They are planning to make this a 100 CR category by 2019.

Reporting : The head of travel will report into VP - Digital services.

Requirement : This role requires creating and scaling up and later monitoring the travel business for the e-commerce company

Vision: The Head of Travel will handle P&L from the beginning. Going ahead, depending on his success and growth, he can lead multiple verticals within Digital Services business or make this an even bigger vertical and handle larger responsibilities, grow into a VP level.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Building Travel business for ShopX from scratch and driving P&L

- Work closely with travel companies, forming partnerships, generating demand for the retailers etc.

- Establishing kiosk based offline models across kirana stores of tier 2/3 cities to grow the business across non-metro regions.

- Ensure both the demand and supply side of the business is maintained as per the set

- Grow this vertical significantly in terms of revenue and manpower
