- Experience on leading Transformation Projects

- Any domain should experience would be okay

- Exposure on NextGen Tools - ML/RPA

- Managed , managers and above (min of 4)

- Worked with Vendors on executive level

- Stake holder Management

- Implementation experience on BPM toolkits ( Pega preferred)

- Responsible for ROIs

- Black Belt - certified

- Willing to work on US supporting shifts
