Job title: Associate Director, Transfer Pricing

- Primary skills: 8-10 year of post qualification experience in Direct Tax (Corporate Tax / International Tax / Transfer Pricing) along with the experience of at 6-8 years in Transfer Pricing

- Work Experience & technical skills (compulsory - candidates not having most of these attributes should be rejected)

- Sound academic record

- Sound knowledge of Indian income tax law

- Updated on tax/Transfer Pricing developments in India and overseas

- Studied BEPS and understands its implications

- Ability to read and interpret case laws

- Legal research work on tax/Transfer Pricing matters

- Filed/assisted on corporate tax returns

- Drafted submissions for scrutiny/appeals

- Follow up at tax office for refund/rectifications etc.

- Handled assessments with seniors

- Handled at least 6-8 Transfer Pricing matters (compliance/ representation/advisory) independently or under senior supervision

- Independently handled CIT(A) / DRP proceedings

- Drafting and researching on Tax Opinions

- Practical work exposure of MS word, excel and power-point
